“Don’t go to sleep, it’s supposed to be the end of the world” is a text I received from my brother on Thursday night at approximately 11:30PM. I did not read it until Friday morning, December 21st (the day some have said is the end of the world). Well, it is early morning, December 22nd and I am alive, breathing and all is well.
So, is there really such an END? I don’t know about you and what you believe, but I choose to get my source from a very old book that is known to millions: Let’s look at a couple of writings about this subject, “And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and THEN the end will come.” Jesus teaching in Mathew 24:14 NLT. First of all this my friend has not been done yet. But with the wonders of multi-media, we are not to far off from this actually happening. Another “sign” or “signs” for that matter are what many believe to be “End Time” Biblical prophesies that have not yet taken place (although many have). Jesus continued by teaching to be “ready” and then said “So you, too, must keep watch! (Don’t live as though the end is not coming) For you do not know the day or hour of My return.” Mathew 25:13 (Read the entire chapter of Mathew 25)
So is there really going to be an END? Based on what I have read studied, yes. The first sign to let you know it is close, Jesus will return and every living, breathing soul will see and hear Him. Remember, Jesus tells us we will not know the day or the hour, BUT he does not say we will not be able to know the month or even the year.

If you think this is all a hoax, well, you have your right to believe what you want, but as for me, I have done much study of the Bible and do my best to follow the teachings of Jesus and so I choose to believe what He says, after all, He walked on water, healed the sick, raised the dead, cast out devils and gave to the poor and He himself was crucified and raised from the dead and now sits at the right hand of God in heaven, hmmm, I think I’ve said enough.
